ThermoLine® Active is a compact system with an integrated heating unit within the tray itself.

ThermoLine®, the ingenious tray system with temperature-regulated heating zones. Raise or adjust temperatures –ThermoLine® allows you to precisely control the temperatures of each dish in the menu and, where necessary, to maintain these temperatures during transport. No more scorching, over-cooking or getting cold. The intelligent temperature sensors recognise each dish’s individual starting temperature, heat each dish to its optimum temperature, and then maintain this level during both transportation and consumption.

The tray’s innovative, modular design prevents hot components from radiating heat and warming cold dishes. As a result, both hot and cold dishes can be served on one tray simultaneously. The excellent levels of insulation prevent any danger of the tray itself becoming too hot. The innovative single-lid solution prevents any mingling of food smells, and the tray’s design eliminates the risk of dishes sliding or liquids spilling during transport. When during breakfast, for example, hot components are not required, the yellow box can simply stay in the kitchen, and just use the standard Euronorm tray.

ThermoLine® products have low initial investment and running costs. The purchasing costs are significantly lower than for other systems with active heating. It is even possible that you integrate the modular ThermoLine technical package into your own existing trolleys. ThermoLine® can also be used with standard dishware for cold dishes and may be easily integrated into existing kitchen systems. The low energy requirements and fair-priced dishware keep operating expenses to a minimum.
